Le Sitio Serra e Leite is something of an unsung hero in our program, often blended for its clean fruity flavors and creamy body. Producer Luiz Zanetti has been one of our direct trade partners since 2015 and has greatly contributed to our taste identity.
 
This natural batch, 100% Catuai, deserved a special place. It has all the characteristics of a well-produced Brazilian coffee: low acidity, nutty sweetness, chocolaty profile and buttery mouthfeel.
 
Serre e Letire is a warm welcome to the specialty and is easily enjoyed with any brewing method.
