It's the time of year when we celebrate seasonal flavors coming together in perfect harmony. We take inspiration from our favorite pastries, whose rich aromas permeate our homes and our holiday memories. This year, Pilot combined a set of varieties and processes from Huila, Colombia and the vibrant Guji region of Ethiopia. Expect notes of chocolate, cranberry tartness and sweet cinnamon spice.
