The Retreat Farm is a former winner of the Cup of excellence brought to us by the famous Pacas family from El Salvador. This batch of Red Bourbon has been treated with honey and grown in the shade of Inga and other mountain trees that promote soil fertility. Impeccable growing conditions and farming practices have produced beautiful cherries on this operation, year after year.
Although El Retiro is designed for espresso, enthusiasts will enjoy it regardless of brewing method.
