Carole dedicates several small plots of land to new and experimental cultivars. In the spirit of innovation, not all risks end in success, but this SL-28 is a testament to risks worth taking! Carefully growing these delicate plants from seed, the cherries were then hand-picked and processed in a white honey process - meaning a small amount of mucilage was left intact. The result is wildly bright, funky and delivers a bouquet of floral aromas. Carole's expert processing, ideal West Valley growing conditions and the intrinsic qualities of Kenya's SL-28 variety make this a coffee that defies any category.
