What is home?

Home can be a comfortable place to live, a familiar landscape, the smell of a favorite food, but it is not limited to where we come from or where we live. It is also a common desire for deeper grounding, a nourishing life and a greater sense of belonging.

Building a home is a creative process of vision and heart. In this issue of BESIDE, we explore the ways in which home extends beyond its walls and is rooted in the communities and environments of which we are a part.
