Refund policy

1. Garantie

No warranty does not cover excessive use, normal wear and tear and accidental breakage.

All the products we sell are backed by the manufacturer's warranty. If a product sold is defective, we will take the necessary steps with the manufacturer. Depending on the condition of the defective item and its availability, we will offer you compensation or replacement.

For any warranty request, the first step is to contact our customer service (info@falsemovement.cc) to notify us of the problem. You must provide us with photos and a short explanation to justify your request. Your email must include your original order number. All products returned for warranty must be perfectly clean. If this condition is not met, Faux Mouvement reserves the right not to respond to the request.

2.1. Refunds

Faux Mouvement does not issue refunds for purchases made on fauxmouvement.cc.

Discounted items are final sale.

2.2. Exchange

Exchanges are made on regular-priced items only. If, within 14 days, you wish to exchange an item, contact us (info@falsemovement.cc) to initiate the exchange process.

Only products in new condition, which have never been worn or washed, are eligible for exchange. Faux Mouvement reserves the right to refuse any product that does not respect these conditions.

The return and reshipment of exchanged items are at your expense.

2.3. International exchange and return

All returned products must be declared as a "Returned Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration. If this mention is not entered, the package may be refused and will be returned to you. 

2.4. Return to sender

If your order comes back to us with the mention "Return to sender" and you no longer wish to receive this order and you prefer a refund, we will deduct the amount covering the cost of returning your order (applicable on orders in Canada ).

For orders coming back to us from the United States or other international countries, customer service will contact you with more details. However, take into account that the invoice refund will have a deduction for the costs incurred by customs clearance and transport.

3. Payments

Faux Mouvement only accepts payment via Shopify Payment et PayPal.
